Backed by a solid philosophy of engineering more robust and resilient equipment built to last, we present our innovative and technologically advanced HELI Narrow Aisle Electric Stackers, models CQD16X1 and CQD18X1.

These narrow aisle reach trucks are the culmination of a dedicated team of HELI engineers pushing the boundaries of continuous product improvement. The result is an electric series with the durability, serviceability, ergonomics, and performance benefits required to meet operator needs, helping reduce operating costs while boosting uptime and fleet productivity.

Available Models and Capacities:

  • Model CQD16X1-GB2R: 1,585 kg capacity at a 24” (600 mm) load center. 36-volt electrical system (with a 48-volt option available).

  • Model CQD18X1-GB2R: 1,810 kg capacity at a 24” (600 mm) load center. 36-volt electrical system (with a 48-volt option available).

The single-reach mechanisms provide 24 inches of pantograph extension. Additionally, the tilt function delivers 4 degrees of backward tilt and 3 degrees of forward tilt on the carriage assembly. Side shift comes standard on all single-reach configurations.

  • Robust Frame: The base arms are welded directly to the frame, completely separate from the mast assembly, ensuring outstanding structural strength. This unique design also allows the mast to be easily interchanged during maintenance.

  • Premium Mast: The unique mast delivers a superior service life with low maintenance costs, featuring hot-rolled mast channels that undergo rigorous stress testing to guarantee a high load capacity without deflections.

  • Heavy-Duty Pantograph: You can rely on the strength of the reach mechanism. Its arms are crafted from one-inch-thick alloy steel, thicker than many alternative models on the market, allowing you to handle high-capacity loads with absolute confidence and safety.

2. Maximum Serviceability and Low Maintenance

Enjoy low maintenance and extended service intervals thanks to the advanced AC traction motor technology. The swing-out rear doors reveal a highly organized compartment that simplifies technical servicing. Furthermore, the stationary drive motor design eliminates constant power cable flexing, significantly improving electrical reliability and cable longevity.

3. Operator Ergonomics

The cabin compartment is ergonomically engineered to provide excellent visibility, safety, and overall efficiency:

  • Comfortable Access: The step height is only 10 inches, combined with a wide entry opening into the compartment, ensuring effortless entry and exit for the worker during long shifts.

  • Unobstructed Floor: Both the brake and the operator presence detection switch are mounted flush beneath the floor mat, providing an unobstructed floor space. The entire compartment is fully padded to mitigate fatigue.

  • Intuitive Multi-Function Control: Manual controls are positioned to optimize posture. The single-handle joystick enables simultaneous operation of traction, lifting, lowering, and reach functions with natural hand movements.

4. Optimized Productivity and Advanced Electronics

The hydraulic system features proportional lifting and lowering controls. By utilizing the lift motor's RPM to control oil flow, pressure drops in the hydraulic lift lines are minimized. The lowering function is governed by a proportional control valve, delivering excellent and precise descent speed control.

The electric motor is engineered for optimal reliability and efficiency with low noise levels, equipped with built-in temperature sensors to guarantee a long service life. AC technology includes an automatic deceleration system and regenerative braking. When the operator moves the handle to the neutral position, the vehicle brakes electronically to a smooth stop, converting that energy back into the battery to maximize daily autonomy.
